Two months after opening to the public, at four of the best rooms in Boston.

Every one of those tables was a member who booked ahead, at an hour the restaurant had a table waiting, and sat down with more to spend than they paid. 9 in 10 of them discovered a restaurant they had never been to. Asked how likely they are to recommend us, our members said 9.1 out of 10.

I’ve never had a bad bite at @mimischukadiner - I was obsessed with the loco moco, Benedict (and I usually get hollandaise ick lol), cold sesame noodles, and shumai

& the buttermilk pancakes were some of the best I’ve ever had!! @mimischukadiner

Been meaning to try @ciao_somerville for SO LONG and their pizza crust does not disappoint

My first time at @sugidamasoba and I loved it!! Have to try the cold soba next time but the sukiyaki was the perfect cozy bowl of nourishment I needed after moving

& had to see what was up with the fish here! Loved this Don too, a good selection of fish and generous portion @sugidamasoba

I was obsessed with my whole trap to table experience at @townsendlobster but what I keep thinking about is the clam chowder using @captchevy’s family recipe (I’m gonna be like plankton trying to find out the krabby patty recipe with this chowder)

Learning from the best at @salonikigreek & @tradeboston 🇬🇷🍗 Yesterday we were honored to host Chef Wilfredo Guerrero, Culinary Director of Saloniki Greek, and Chef Alavee Hassan, Executive Chef at Trade, at CCAE’s Celebrity Chef Master Class Series. The Chefs led us through a traditional Greek feast complete with lemon potatoes and spanikopita, and the star of the show was a slow-braised leg of lamb in rich au jus. These flavors transported us to the shores of the Aegean Sea 🤤😋

It’s been a crazy two months of travel (and @panmass training).. but something that we can never forget, is how to be physically present in our locations.

With a dozen restaurants currently operating, and 4 more under development, it’s not just about executive management at @astreethospitality, but about full support at the ground level.. that’s where the real control lies, and the real benefit to our staff and our guests.

We see many restaurant groups explode in popularity, but run a risk of imploding because they may lose sight of the basics.. and that is critical for my partners and I.
