This weekend, @_sendingflowers and @howlinrays kicked off a 10K collab to support children in need @feedthechildrenorg and it was an amazing day. 🥹

If you know me, you know slow is my bread and butter. I may have graduated to the middle of the pack, but sweeping is a job I take seriously and one I do with a lot of pride and honor. Leading the back of the pack meant helping pace the group, keep us all moving, and making sure the people in the very back had the encouragement, support, and friendship they needed. 💖

If there’s one thing I’m wildly passionate about, it’s making sure people never feel like they have to apologize for where they are in their running journey. Community means everyone is welcome: every pace, every experience level, every version of what showing up look like to someone. It’s one of the biggest reasons I love @_sendingflowers. There’s room for you here, exactly where you are. Doing any amount of running is an incredible thing in itself, and you deserve to feel proud instead of apologizing. 👏🏼

And our group absolutely SLAYED. The runners at the front of our group were amazing about keeping an eye on everyone when I dropped back to check in, and we really were all in it together. We made it back, we had good vibes doing it, and I couldn’t be more proud of everyone giving it their all on a saturday for a good cause. 💖

Proud of this local community, proud of myself, and proud of our running community as a whole.

Ily @_sendingflowers, and I’ve never been more excited to eat some chicken in my life, @howlinrays and for a good cause! 🌶️🍗💐

That’s a wrap on the World Cup 🥹⚽️
@fifaworldcup See you in a year at the Women’s World Cup! ⚽️🏟️

I loved this season of going out every single day to watch a game w/ friends, neighbors, and community 💙 The real win was seeing people come together 🤎

I rooted the most for @capeverdenationalfootballteam, @miseleccionmx, @teamusa and @norwayfootballteam 🥹
At some point I had lost faith, as every team I kept going for, started to lose. Last team I rooted for was España and fortunately they took the win. 🏆

Who did you cheer for? 🎉

When I watch this, I’m reminded of how good life is.

Blessed to be surrounded by good friends and an amazing supportive partner.

Lidia has become part of my WHY. ❤️

She deserves the best.

Definitely check out The Cellar in Pasadena for a special occasion. The vibes and decor are top tier. 🍷🤌🏽
