Day 3 of The Trader Vic’s Atlanta 50th Birthday Celebration! Sunday was a brunch and bazaar featuring several talented artists (slash FRANDS! 🫶)

@riki_tat_tiki aka Christine and Val (we love our baby bao mug! His “crib” is on the way!)

@betties_nonsense aka nonsense_bettie (bought a hand painted parasol and set of flowers!)

@horrorinclay / @inuhele aka Jonathan! (got a OG mug coin and all the stamps!)

@brandcamp aka Brandon and @lilnikkibee (snagged two original works to go with my 3rd in my MCM living room)

@kymmbang

@woodlandgiant aka Jim Stacey

@swankpad

@tikikitchenstudio

And of course the official 50th Mug by @mulder142

In this video you can also catch a couple shots of Eve, Vic Bergeron’s granddaughter, Su Shan (Vic Atlanta’s Manager) and some cool lego leis @small_but_mighty_brick_builder made!

The DJ played this song while @vroxing and I were eating breakfast… so sentimental, wistful, nostalgic? It was the perfect song to cap a beautiful weekend celebrating 50 years of this Atlanta treasure. Once again, happy HAPPY birthday Trader Vic’s Atlanta!!! 🎂🌺🍹🌴🩷

What a tiki weekend in my local tiki bar "Trader Vics", since 1976 has been pouring all our favorite cocktails. 50 years of classic tiki! All the legends that put this vintage bar together have always been my inspiration for my style of tiki. Now, I am part of this institution with by my Kane carving. Please come visit and ask to see the newest tiki in the presidents room. Mahalo to everyone that came out this weekend and for all the kind words and appreciation.

To 50 more years in the ATL. Happy 50th to trader Vic’s Atlanta. And boy did we celebrate it up in the best way possible.

Did not see a werewolf of London drinking a pina colada, but did chug back a peanut butter Mai tai and drink all the other drinks.

You’ll hear more from me about this great event. Here’s just a few photos.
