Gorgeous day in Playa del Rey for our tiny but mighty little #streetparkingmeetup at the Del Rey Lagoon Park! Great day for a bunch of #lungesters by the beach! Thank you for coming @trailmexrunner and @jessica_kaur27 (and possibly a new SP member?? 😏🤭🫣)!! We’ll have to do this again while the weather is still awesome!

Classes start THIS Sunday in NoHo!

What’s class like? We will warm up together, then learn 1-2 new sequences and drill them! Class goes from 5-6:30pm.

Each week is new. Drop in anytime. At least 4 students advance registration is needed to secure the studio. Class is $30.

Class is taught at an intermediate level, but everyone is welcome! There are balance bars in the back and mirrors in the front so you can check your body positioning at any time.

I keep the classes small to allow for individual attention and coaching. Max 15 skaters/ min 4.

Following class, join me @lakingsburbanksportscenter for their Sunday Adult session that goes from 5:30-8pm at Ralph Foy park in Burbank, CA.

The registration link is in my bio 🔗⬆️ hope to see you there! Let’s dance in the new year and make some time for play!

What a fun class on Sunday night- July 28, 2024!! We had a big crew from the 805 drive down and our solid regular crew there, as well!

We spent most of the hour bringing the routine Fun n Sun by @sourgrapism to life (ngl, I was bummed to miss @rollonldn so we played with some UK riffs 🇬🇧)

Fun time was had by all! Thanks to all who joined! And HBD Ms. Tina!!

I love this 8 min clip at 3x speed. You get a real sense of what it means to work and dissect the moves. This routine was Fun N Sun by @sourgrapism

Big thanks to my amazing class who caught on quickly, asked great questions and got funky to Stevie on the sound system.

**Next drop in group choreo class is Sunday the 14th at 6:30p. Reg link is in my bio. Come play for worldwide rollout day**
@worldwiderolloutday !

Thank you @ari_grabb @trailmexrunner @laserfield @sun4lori @jetheka and Ella for trying new things and not getting frustrated with the process.

Pain was manageable and it felt great to be back in class with you all!
