Ain’t nothing gonna break her stride 👏❤️‍🔥💪💦

Shalane is 2 skills away from being ready to test out and graduate to Orange Tier! 🤩

We created a color skill tree to help our athletes understand how to progress to the next level 📈

Your coaches are so proud of you and excited to host our first showcase to allow our beginners to level up and their families to watch a demonstration of all that they have learned 💛🧡

Keep your energy consistent 💦⚡️ @gcdc_naples @trainertimp @arenainternational @usamastersdiving

Tempo work is about finding the right balance of explosive energy with controlled finesse. Power without control is chaos. #controlledchaos 🌀

Don’t get caught doing this on the stair master 🫣🧗‍♀️🚨 @crunchsixmile

Excessive hip hiking 🥾 bypasses the glutes, leading to lower back dominance, hip pain, joint imbalances/degradation, and or IT band syndrome over time.

If this is difficult for you it means you lack the single-leg core and hip control to keep your pelvis level. 🫨

So lets work on getting the form right so we don’t just break our bodies down over time. 🚫

USE THOSE GLUTES 🍑💘 @bombshellsportswear

Just because its scary doesn’t mean you can’t do it! 😱

Vinny said he was actually scared to try this, but he still walked up to 3 meter, stood there, and took the dive anyway. 👏👏

That’s challenging yourself to overcome your fears. This is the type of mentality we love to see. 🙌

You learn tremendously when pushing yourself outside your comfort zone! 💯
