It wasn’t really typical how I tore my Achilles, if I ever imagined myself doing it, it wouldn’t have been like this 😂

A few weeks ago, wellness looked a little different.

Not in a studio.
Not on a yoga mat.
Not during a workout.

It looked like neighbors showing up for neighbors.
Thankful to have spent the morning with some incredible humans serving our Raleigh community through a clothing and food drive organized by @resilient_bodiesbysmiley @trainertos

In yoga, we talk about seva—selfless service. The practice of giving without expecting anything in return. It’s a reminder that our well-being is deeply connected to the well-being of those around us.

This day was a beautiful example of that.

The goal is to continue this effort monthly, creating more opportunities to support, connect, and care for one another.

If you’d like to stay updated, get involved, volunteer, or donate in the future, be sure to follow @resilient_bodiesbysmiley and @trainertos

More seva.
More community.
More life. ❤️

What an incredible Sunday! ❤️

This weekend was about so much more than fitness—it was about community, compassion, and showing up for those who need it most.

A huge THANK YOU to every single person who volunteered their time, donated clothes, shoes, hygiene products, food, money, or simply helped spread the word. Because of your generosity, we were able to pour love into our homeless community and remind people that they are seen, valued, and cared for.

To everyone who stood beside us on this mission: thank you for believing in something bigger than yourselves. Your kindness created smiles, conversations, hope, and moments that will stay with us forever.

The impact we made together was beautiful, and this is only the beginning. Thank you for helping us turn love into action. 💙

Memorial Day Murph — LXP Performance 🇺🇸

Today wasn’t about pace, PRs, or competition.
It was about honoring the people who made the ultimate sacrifice for this country.

We ran together.
We pushed together.
We suffered together.
And we finished together.

That’s what makes this community special.

Seeing the room full, people encouraging each other through every mile, every pull-up, every push-up, and every squat reminded me what LXP is really about — showing up for something bigger than yourself.

Proud of every single person who came out today and embraced the challenge. Whether you completed the full Murph or modified it, you showed heart, effort, and respect for the meaning behind today.

Never forget the freedom we have because others gave everything. 🇺🇸

LXP Family ❤️💙
