To be a Level 1 coach, you have to TEACH cheerleading.
Level 1 isn’t “just Level 1.” It’s the foundation of every level that comes after it.
If an athlete doesn’t have a strong foundation, every new skill becomes a struggle. Back walkovers, back handsprings, elite tumbling, advanced stunts... all of it is built on the basics.
That’s why I love coaching Level 1. We’re not just teaching skills. We’re building confident athletes, strong habits, and a foundation that will carry them for years to come. @powerathleticsmd & @powerathletics_calvert staff training last night!

Season 2 Finale

What a journey it’s been as a Training for Greatness Xcel Gold gymnast. This season brought growth, determination, and so many unforgettable moments. From endless practices to competition days, every step helped build strength, confidence, and resilience.

This chapter may be closing, but it’s only the beginning. On to new goals, bigger dreams, and even more accomplishments next season. The work doesn’t stop here!

Thank you to my coaches, teammates, and supporters who made this season so special. Next season… I’m coming stronger, sharper, and ready!

Progress is quiet. Then suddenly — a giant. 🤸‍♀️”
“It doesn’t happen all at once. It’s rep after rep, day after day, unseen — until the moment everything falls into place.

“Nobody sees the hours of practice, the near-misses, the determination- the Coaches patience and prayers. They just see the moment it all comes together.. So proud of this girl. 💪🙌🏽❤️🙌🏽 #explorepages
