Progression: the act of moving forward, developing gradually, or changing from one stage, state, or chord in a sequence to the next.

It doesn’t happen overnight. You learn from everything.

My first Hyrox in April 2023. Run average: 4:25/km.

Now I’m running in zones I once only dreamed were possible.

3 years in the making.

And now I’m sat waiting for an email.

Proud coach moment 🙌

Started training Ruben at the beginning of August, the goal was to get stronger and more explosive..

At only 10yrs old he has accomplished so much within the sport of BJJ, winning multiple gold medals and beating some of the best fighters in his weight class around the world

He recently travelled to Brazil and beat one of their top fighters, who himself had over 200 fights and only lost a small handful

Week in week out Ruben comes in ready to push himself as hard as he can, always listens and never backs down when I give him new challenges, an absolute pleasure to work with

Here's to many more champ! 🏆

🔊 “Liam was a great physio for me giving detailed knowledge and expertise to get me back to playing sport, after my ACL surgery. Also used his app along side physio. This allowed me to stay on track with my program whilst also showing me how to perform new movements.” ⚽️

🔊”For a long time, I thought my sprinting career was over. After 18 months of persistent knee pain and failed physiotherapy attempts, even post-surgery recovery felt daunting. Being referred to Liam changed everything. From the start, his methods proved that real progress was possible. He didn’t just get me walking pain-free; he tailored my entire rehab specifically to the demands of sprinting, showing me exactly how every gym movement directly translated to my performance on the track. That sport-specific focus rebuilt my trust and got me back to performing complex lifts with complete confidence. I went from accepting the end of my athletic journey to actively preparing for a return to sprint training, fully confident that I will one day return to national level competition. Working with Liam restored both my body and my mindset” ✌🏽💯🔥
