This weekend, the Control Lab team headed to the @perform_better 3-Day Functional Training Summit in Providence, Rhode Island!

Perform Better’s Functional Training Summit brings trainers, coaches, and therapists together for a mix of lectures and hands-on learning with many of the top professionals in the industry.

Beyond the learning, we had a beach day and dinner in Newport, stayed together at a team Airbnb in Providence, and enjoyed some amazing meals along the way.

Investing in our trainers’ growth is core to who we are. The more we learn, the better we can serve our clients. Thank you for an amazing experience, Perform Better.

Until next year! 🙌

#BLEACHERBANTER Deja Vu

How do we arrange a duet with @terrycrews and @thefitkscheer4??

TLDR - Kelly is a party starter. She wants to experience the world with you. She literally has cats named after ninja turtles...how do you not want to hang with her?

And if Terry is unavailable, just join Kelly at @diplosrunclub on July 18th

#BLEACHBANTER - Double Vision

TLDR - @gatherathleticclub owes a big thank you to @trainingwkelly therapist. And to her cousin @lnhester18

She believes in the vision. She wants to see you progress. Her mentors are legit legends. And she ain't afraid to party, if your idea of partying is eating Chex Mix watching TV.
