Strength with intention. 💪

Our Revolve Strength classes aren’t about just moving weight, every movement has a purpose.

Here’s a look at how we target the quads + glutes, combining movements designed to build strength, control, and confidence.

And a little instructor spotlight for Cami, bringing the energy and showing us exactly how it’s done. 🤍

Today’s movement: Reverse Lunge + Curl.

This exercise primarily targets the glutes and quads while challenging the core, hamstrings, and biceps. We love programming this movement because it combines lower-body strength, balance, and upper-body engagement all in one exercise. 💪
