I’m so proud of everyone who’s a part of the A2B Coaching team, I haven’t got everyone on this post but we’ve got people who are smashing training, pushing through hard workouts and just overall life when it gets tough

As a coach it’s my favourite thing to be a part of someone’s journey to their goal, and there’s no such thing as a small goal - we have a variety of challenges, from first 5km to full Ironman and I can’t give enough props to everyone who shows up and gives it their all🙌

It’s not been the easiest few weeks with race cancellations causing trouble and illnesses coming out of the woodwork the second the temperature drops 🫠 BUT that’s not phased anyone, still doing what they can when they can

I love my job and I love everyone who joins and becomes part of the family 💙

✨Some of the fantastic work of members these past few months✨

🏆18:30 midweek hyrox class - so consistently impressed and proud of the effort these members put in!

From not being able to barbell box squat without back pain to zercher squats with ease 💪

Because regular walking lunges just aren’t challenging enough! 🏃‍♀️

A snapshot from The Movement Club x @trainwith_meg calisthenics workshop, more to come! 🗣️

First month in the gym with a 80kg sled push 🙌

Someone asked if we saw anyone famous at the race…
Well, Stockley did give us famous people on the hills 😇✝️

The list of things between you and your best life can feel… endless.
Money stress, weird jobs, chaotic love lives, sleep that refuses to happen, back pain that thinks it’s your personality now 😅 we’ve all been there.
But here’s the twist: you don’t need to fix everything at once.
Pick one tiny thing today.
One step. One improvement. One little win.
Stack those small wins long enough… and suddenly your ‘best life’ isn’t a dream... it’s your Tuesday.
Tiny progress > perfect plans. Every. Single. Time. 💪✨📱
