What did you learn about your kids this summer???

I learned that my kids are individually strong, but they can be stronger together, I also learned that the sibling, competition is really real in and out of the house with them🤣 but what I saw was the bond that was created between the two, one was learning and the other watching. I want to give a huge shout out to @anbtraining , from day one she has always taken great care of the girls and gave them that good tough love when they needed it, we aren’t done we are just getting started.

What my off season training looks like so far…

Building on a freshman year that included a CIF-SS Division 4 title and a 2nd place finish at New Balance Nationals. The work doesn’t stop because the season did.

This season, I shaved 1.73 seconds off my 110m hurdle time. Faith. Hard work. Focused. Putting in the work when nobody was watching. Thank you Coach @anbtraining
