last workout of the summer will be 2 weeks from today! if you haven't made it out to workout with us yet, make this the one you get to, it will be our best one of 2026

ahead of breast cancer awareness month in October, 100% of the money raised from this will go to the Fox Chase Cancer Center at Temple Health to benefit the screening, treatment, and support programs for women with breast cancer. I will also be matching donations personally to add to our total

the workout will be challenging, fun, and benefit the women we know and love in our community

thanks to everyone who came to work out yesterday at penn treaty park! it was so fun to start the weekend with a good workout in the sun

we appreciate everyone who donated, even if you couldn't make it. all donations went directly to the CZC for kids dealing with the sudden loss of a loved one, and I'm really happy we can contribute to making a difference in their lives when they need it most

we'll be back hosting another workout @ penn treaty park on saturday the 29th at 11! all are welcome and encouraged to bring a friend, it'll be a great time

all proceeds will go directly to the CZC camps for children and young adults dealing with the sudden loss of a loved one. these camps provide a therapeutic safe space at no cost to the families, helping them break the emotional isolation grief often brings

details/sign up can be found at the link in my bio, hope to see you all there!

23 years on the ice led us here.

Blue Line IQ was built from years of playing, coaching, training, competing, learning, and loving the game at every level. This is more than ice time. It’s a place for players to sharpen hockey IQ, build confidence under pressure, and develop the habits that separate good players from impact players.

Fast decisions. Smart positioning. Competitive edge. Confidence with the puck.
The details matter and we’re here to teach them.

Led by Coach Jay Luce and Victory Training, Blue Line IQ combines elite hockey development with high-level off-ice performance training to help athletes think faster, move better, and play with purpose.

Our first Blue Line IQ Mini Camp is officially open.
Limited spots available.

Got to goof off with my gf today at @samhaddontraining and @torii.nelsonn athletic workout series.

We were reflecting afterwards and realized we don’t really do this in the gym because we are both so serious about our training.

Hyper-focused and down to business. That alignment - both in the gym and out (nutrition IS HUGE and so many fall down the trap of getting into a relationship and letting it slide) is what has allowed us to progress together and achieve lifetime best physiques while in a relationship. Really special on a lotta levels, I’m a lucky guy!!
