I’m so delighted for today’s first ever “Mini retreat” session. We had a great breathing work followed but sauna, cold plunge, healthy snacks around the fire 🔥 and great conversations. Looking forward to the next one.

It's my first time here and I was so impressed with the food.

I wasn't sure about the chickpea scramble but it was so good!

We had 👇🏻

Plant Full English 🍽
Vegan Sausage, Carrot & Corn Fritter, Chickpea Scramble, Mushroom, Baby Vine Tomato, Homemade Beans, Avocado, Homemade Rosti & French White Loaf.

I swapped the mushroom for a sausage.

Cannot wait to go back and try the pancakes.

I had the most amazing meal yesterday with my gorgeous friend @tranquilityhove at @bonsaibrighton

Bonsai Plant Kitchen is still my favourite restaurant and everyone I've taken there loves it.

You don't have to be vegan to enjoy their amazing food, in fact I doubt you'd notice if you didn't know the menu is all plant-based.

I had the most amazing day at @zone4hove

You really have to visit this place to see just how special it is.

@tranquilityhove gave me an amazing sports massage. I highly recommend her services.

I love trying new things and the ice bath, infrared sauna left me energised and feeling refreshed.

I love their cafe with dairy-free milk options. I had a matcha latte with oat milk.

Cannot wait to go back!

We’re please to announce that we’re at last feeling seasonally sparkly and our sessions for the festive season are finally here and ready to book 🙌⛄️🎄💜🔥

🎄Christmas Eve (Wed 24th) - 11:30//5:30
🌟Christmas Day - Closed
🎁 Boxing Day (Fri 26th) - 11:30//5:30
🥂New Years Eve (Wed 31st) - 11:30//5:30
❄️New Years Day (Thurs 1st) - 11:30//5:30

Each session will include cinnamon tea, ginger shots, a seasonal aroma ice ball and all the usual Saunadelic good cheer - come join us and properly relax this Christmastime.
Sessions are bookable individually but if you want a private hire, simply select all 8 sessions and you can always bring a 9th person along.
We’ll be open our regular opening hours throughout December so here for all your contrast bathing needs and if you’re looking for something fun and unique for a family, friends or works gathering, do get in touch as we can make it an extra special event for you with added sauna mastery, leaf whisks and delicious body platters for all the pampering needs.
