Guess the weight in the left vs the right.

Left is Jan 2023
Right is Oct 2026

45.5 months between the 2 photos
3.9 years.

That’s a lot of time. A lot of workouts and meals and cardio. A lot of sweat. A lot of ups and downs. Physically and mentally tbh.

😈 Bodybuilding, putting on muscle and fat loss in general for lifestyle clients has levels to it and should be periodized to be done correctly.

1. Building phases: Eating a LITTLE more than you need to. This gives the body extra materials to grow. But even not natural, we can only put on muscle so fast. So a dirty bulk will only get you fat, and you’ll have to pull out of your building phase early
2. Mini cuts: During the bulk we’ll naturally put on some fat. But there comes a point where insulin sensitivity is down, digestion and appetite is poor, your pumps suck, you feel puffy and your waist grows more than your muscles.
3. Maintenance and health phases: After a long building phase, a show or cycle its important to come back to baseline. Let the body resensitize. Get blood work done. Lower stress level, make sure blood pressure, cholesterol, liver and kidney panels are back, and for women - you get your menstrual cycle.

Almost 4 years between the 2 pics.
Pushing and pulling.
Brick by brick.

Be consistent boys.
This doesnt happen overnight.
But it does happen.

BUILD CONFIDENCE IN DISCIPLINE

I didnt become confident just by taking T. I became confident in showing up for myself.

The only thing that beats consistency is passion

I love this sport because it challenges me. It challenges me to train hard, eat well, sleep, recover, hydrate.

It teaches discipline and with that it builds confidence.

I know bodybuilding is extreme (I’m an extremist lol)

But find a level of activity or fitness that is right for you and pursue it like your life depends on it.

I remember when everyone started calling me Mason.

It felt weird. It didn’t really resonate with me.

But now, I love my name. I love me.

And it’s so weird to think about old me.

Like how would you describe literally becoming a whole new person?

I haven’t figured it out yet but I’m not complaining.

Sto navigando il mio Mare,
sto tracciando la mia rotta,
mi perderò tra le mappe e mi ritroverò più volte,
prenderò correnti sbagliate,
nuoterò tra onde troppo alte,
mi rallenteranno i venti contrari,
ma è il mio Mare 💙
