I’m blown away to have received a twelve-minute video testimonial from @transcend.tribe a client I’ve worked with for a while now. 🥹 (And I’m not gonna lie, it made me sob. It was that beautiful.)

I started with them as a tech VA, hired to help package their online offerings for their mindfulness programmes. A few years later, I was promoted to community and content manager for their membership, Relaxed Hustle, a membership that’s very dear to my heart.

As I reflect on this chapter coming to an end, I’ve realised what it actually means when people talk about being so fully in alignment with your work. That’s exactly what this has been, and I’ll be forever grateful for it.

For those that know me know I’m incredibly passionate about mindfulness. It’s been a very personal journey for me, and I feel truly blessed every single day to be able to work with coaches and brands in the mindfulness & wellness space.

I feel so honoured, and I’d love to share more of what my client Sky has to say about working with me over the next few weeks. 🥹

If you’re thinking about getting support with your online programmes and marketing, and after watching this testimonial you feel like it could be the right fit for your business, don’t hesitate to drop me a message. We can hop on a call and have a chat.

In the last five years, I have built leadership capacity for 4,000+ executives via McKinsey, Inova Health System, Intuit Credit Karma, TE Connectivity, Baltimore City Public Schools, Communities In Schools, and The Annie E. Casey Foundation.

On June 25 at noon, I am going live on LinkedIn to talk about what leaders actually need right now, and it is not another framework.

It is free.
It is open.

This is not my job. This is my calling for which I have trained my whole life.

The boardrooms. The podcasts. The early mornings. The hard conversations nobody else wants to facilitate.

When you are ready to experience it, the room is waiting.

What 12 hours of honest work looks like on the ride home.

6 executives. 2 leadership strategists. 12 hours.

This is the ride home.

DM me ‘retreat’ if your team is ready.

Unpopular opinion: Most meetings aren't a waste of time because of the meeting.

They're a waste because of who is running them.

No clear purpose. No real decisions. No one saying what they think.

If you are running the meeting, YOU set the meeting culture, tone and direction.

Your agenda design. Your facilitation moves. Your ability to draw out dissent. They all matter.

At The Corvian Leadership Accelerator, we share a full module on Leading People for Impact, redesigning how you re-engage your teams, starting with meetings.
