Knox wanted one more picture before I left for the airport.

So we took it.

My flight to Vegas got delayed—and that delay turned into a gift. Time for this photo. Time to nurse Nathan one more time before walking out the door. Time to watch Knox chase my car down the driveway.

I will never regret those minutes.

Tomorrow I keynote at NAMB National. I LOVE what I do. And I love that I get to talk to my boys about what I do.

When you love what you do, it isn’t work. But it does hurt to leave where your heart is.

Here’s what most people don’t see. When I travel to speak, I’m usually gone a whopping 24–36 hours. Sometimes I’m checking in for my flight home on the jet bridge heading out.

2027 is shaping up to be a record-breaking year on stage.

And I still will never miss something that matters to my boys.

Mom and boss can co-exist. They DO co-exist. My entire drive to the airport talking with @ericlev11 confirmed that 🙏🏻

And I’m SUPER proud of that.

To every parent building something big while little ones wave from the driveway—you don’t have to choose. You get to show them what both look like.

Also, WILDY grateful for my husband @transcend_endurance who is holding down the fort at home for the next 36 hours.

18 MILESSS TODAYYYY & A NEW PR🏃🏻‍♀️💨 I needed this run as we are about 3 weeks away from @nycmarathon and it was the confidence booster I needed. Training has been challenging but thankful to see it pay off.

Shoutout to my awesome coach @transcend_endurance and to my biggest fans who brought me water today at mile 14 🥹 (swipe to slide 4 🐺♥️) I wouldn’t be able to do this without them!

During this run I kept repeating to myself, “What a gift knowing that this is the hardest thing I have to do today & that my body can handle it.” Running is not only physical, but mental and spiritual. #countyourblessings 🦋

I guess it’s National Son’s day 💙

I never thought I would be a double boy mom, but the truth is now I can’t imagine being anything but.

No accolade, no thing, no amount of money could ever replace the feeling of pride I have to be these boys mom.

My greatest title, my biggest reward.

I’ve got 47 days until I race again and here’s what’s different after baby #2

✨I came back to running after 3 weeks postpartum with a combo of walking and very slow jogging.
✨My zone 2 fitness came back WAY faster then I expected and I equate this to way better nutrition both during and post baby and because I was able to stay running up until 28 weeks pregnant.
✨My volume stayed great up until I started hitting two hour workouts and unfortunately we noticed a dip in my breast milk production and that wasn’t an option. Now I stay in the hour to hour and 10 min range but I make the most of it.
✨ I have a coach (yes you can hire him to) who makes all of this really intentional and every run has a purpose. He also happens to be my husband @transcend_endurance and he’s pretty freaking awesome.

Training may look different right now, but come race day I’m really confident we will hit that sub 1:57 which is my current PR.

Just keep running 🏃🏼‍♀️

We celebrated my first baby turning 5 yesterday with all our closest friends and I just can’t believe we’re here.

They say don’t blink…and they’re right!🥹

So grateful for all our friends that came and loved on our boy. What a blessing it is to be his momma! ❤️

A week in Texas with my boys and grandpa and grandma ❤️

Tons of pool time, a shin sunburn, 20+ miles of running this week, and a day date with my hot husband.

God is good 🙏🏼

Myrtle Beach was good to us ☀️

Our annual family beach vacation brought us to a new place this year, and I have to say, I loved it!

Being right on the beach with a newborn and having access to a pool too? 10/10 recommend!

And Knox had his first Medieval Times experience and it was so worth it! You can see how Nathan handled it 🤪

Also approximately 9 lbs of seashells were brought home because that’s how much over our suitcase was 😆

Happy Father’s Day to my husband!🤩

You really are the best dad. I love how you show them the way with your own actions.

You are patient, but you are firm. You are loving but you are their dad first before their friend. You remind them that Jesus loves them and we have to respect and honor Him in all that we do. You lead by example in the gym and you prove that discipline has no boundaries.

I feel grateful that we are partners in parenthood. And even more so that when I look at you I really see my best friend.

The boys and I are so lucky. ❤️

Nathan David Mikel 💙

Born on his due date 3/28 at 3:03 pm and officially shares his birthday with his grandma which is just incredibly special to us! @justgitte

After 32 hours of labor, our little boy made his debut and we are so so grateful for how healthy and amazing he is!

8 lb’s 12 oz🙏🏼

We waited for a long time for this little boy and he is the rainbow 🌈 prayed for!

God is so good and the true power of prayer and full surrender made this little boy part of our family. And one could say I’m officially VERY outnumbered as a boy mama now. 😂

Knox got to meet him already! We can’t wait to all be home and start our bonding as a family.🥹
