Pictures of another fun meet! My surprise supporter, Kathie was there. Alex and Maggie came down to be there. Titanium Strength Training ran an awesome meet. And I am going to say "I just came for the t-shirt!" Love this years! I want to thank my tribe for their support! ❤️❤️❤️💯💪🎉 @transformation_strength @junipergingermusic @southernctchiropractic @ptsmc

if it means getting to the gym at 5am? Do it.
if it means getting to the gym at 8pm? Do it.
if it means not sitting at home watching tv and spending that time working out instead? Do it.
we all have 24 hours in the day, stop making your excuses 😘
I’m not saying you need to be in the gym for an hour 5 days a week. If all you can get is 30 mins 3 days a week then we can work with that. If you tell me “I don’t have the time” that’s when I’ll have an issue

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported @purposedriven_power and I with our second Transformation Blueprint seminar this past weekend!

It was an absolute blast getting to speak on ways to navigate our busy seasons, & how to measure progression beyond the bodyweight scale.

We couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunities over these past two months for all those who have attended, having had the ability to build connections, help others in real time, and find ways to continually improve our seminars.

We look forward to building out our next topics and seeing everyone at our upcoming seminar this November!

if you’re trying to go 100% for 100% of the time… your going to crash and burn, sorry if that’s not what you want to hear. The most important thing you can do is stay consistent! No more excuses, stop falling off the wagon, just get it done however you can. 😘

We are officially TEN days away from our second Transformation Blueprint seminar this year!

Saturday, September 19th from 10:30am to 12pm EST at @transformation_strength , myself and @purposedriven_power will be speaking on how to handle the “busy seasons”, and ways to measure progression outside of solely just using the bodyweight scale.

Have questions leading up to the seminar? Let us know!

Can’t wait to SEE you there!

Fun full-body day with a voiceover from the one and only 😂

It’s been fun mixing everything together into one session. Finally gave bench a soft re-introduction, and after race day we’ll start bringing barbell squats and deads fully back into the mix.

The mission remains the same: get more aerobically fit, maintain as much strength as possible, and have fun doing it!

Half marathon up next Saturday. Then we keep building. 🙌🏼

My 4-8 before my 8-5 🤪

Early mornings are not ideal for everyone but that’s what works with my schedule and is best for me to hold myself accountable. You have to find the best flow for you without making excuses. Happy Tuesday my dudes 🤍

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to not only speak but co- host the first ever Transformation Blueprint Seminar alongside @purposedriven_power

Where we discussed a variety of different approaches and strategies towards building one’s foundation towards nutrition, recovery, resistance training, and life style behaviors.

We couldn’t be more appreciative to everyone who came out, sent messages, and the feedback we received.

And most importantly excited to start planning for our next seminar this coming September!
