LOW KICK CONDITIONING

⏱️ 30 sec ON / 30 sec OFF
🥊 3 rounds EACH SIDE

Skip into each kick and focus on generating POWER.

Goal is to find the balance between SPEED & POWER:

❌ Don’t kick too slow and only focus on power.
❌ Don’t kick too fast and sacrifice your power.
✅ Stay fast. Stay explosive. Hit HARD.
