Autumn glimmers 🍂✨ it’s been a little silent here but like so often life was therefore loud, wild, sad and beautiful… see…
1. the golden autumn sun on my face, a love story.
2. Gold, goldener, sweaty post run camera sun ✨
3. Treasure hunting 🐿️
4. Learning to set boundaries like “darf ich ihnen das tachüss anbieten?”.
5. “Proud of something” I don’t remember now pose.
6. Lieblingsmenschen und Wine tasting; gelber muskatella von Engels for life.
7. Schickster Baum Berlins.
8. Somatic Experiencing Modul 2 & endless Wannsee walks with beautiful people, growing together.
9. Celebrating life over the rooftops of Berlin
10. exploring a wood workshop, where one of my favorite people is becoming a carpenter.

So all in all, autumn felt like a second spring,
an upside down kind of spring,
a time that created space, many many deep breaths, a time to create new containment in my nervous system and self, a time we held hands with grandma who said goodbye for now, a time to refocus on what’s important, a time to lean on trees, on my spine and into many hugs✨🍂 and that’s the vision: let’s carry each other through winter with lots of soul (music), leaning unto our spines, on the big rooted trees and unto each other 🧡
