Taste Vietnamese fusion, rooted in ancient tradition 🥢✨ Looking for a unique Vietnamese fusion experience in Erlangen? 🇻🇳❤️🇩🇪 Tâm brings traditional Vietnamese flavours together with modern Asian influences, creative fusion dishes and a beautiful setting inspired by Vietnamese culture. 🥢✨ We started with Vietnamese Summer Rolls, fresh and light rice paper rolls with two delicious options: 🍗 Gỏi Cuốn with Chicken - fresh, savoury and packed with flavour 🍤 Gỏi Cuốn with Shrimp - light, refreshing and the perfect way to begin Then came the sushi: 🍣 Crunchy Salmon Roll - crispy, flavourful and packed with delicious salmon flavour 🌈 Rainbow Roll - beautifully presented with a delicious mix of textures and flavours For the mains, we tried two very different dishes: 🎃 Gà Hấp Bí Ngô Bạch Quả - steamed chicken with ginkgo and mushrooms, served inside a mini pumpkin 🍛 Bunny Chow - a South African-inspired fusion dish featuring a hollowed-out loaf filled with chicken curry, vegetables and aromatic spices And ofcourse couple of cocktails 🍹✨ 🌹 Rosy Touch - refreshing, floral and beautifully presented 🍸 Lillet Artiste - light, refreshing and the perfect drink to enjoy alongside the food What we loved most about Tâm was the way the menu brings different culinary influences together. We discovered JumpYard Nürnberg and honestly, it turned into such a fun experience! 😍 We came to try something different and ended up spending hours jumping, playing, challenging ourselves and simply having fun. 🤸‍♂️😂 It’s the kind of place where you can forget about your everyday routine for a while and just enjoy the moment - whether you’re with friends or family. 🤍 And after all that jumping and playing, we definitely worked up an appetite! 😋 So we headed to the FoodPark and tried some New York-style pizza 🍕, chicken nuggets 🍗 and slushies 🥤. POV: Munich itinerary took an American turn 🇺🇸📍🇩🇪 You come to Munich expecting pretzels, schnitzel and Bavarian classics… and somehow end up having an American-style feast at Hard Rock Cafe. 😂 For lunch, we went all in. 🍽️✨ 🍤 One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp™ - crispy, creamy and with just the right kick. 🌶️ 🍖 Smokehouse BBQ Combo - smoky, saucy and served with seasoned fries and creamy coleslaw, plus half a rack of their famous Baby Back Ribs. 🤭 🌮 Famous Fajitas - a Tex-Mex classic with all the delicious toppings. 🥑🌮 And of course, a couple of cocktails: 💜 Tiki Royale 🧡 Hurricane Then we somehow found room for dessert. 😂 🍑 Seasonal Fruit Cobbler 🍮 Bourbon Bread Pudding Munich gave us the sightseeing.
