Wilson - The Journey

For this Wilson Golf commercial, we leaned into a more muted, understated palette with earthy greens and deeper mid-tones to keep the image feeling natural and grounded.

Screening Saturday, March 7th at the iconic Garland Theater on a massive screen in a massive theater. Could not be more honored. Showtime coming soon.

So much love for the incredible cast, crew, collaborators who I can’t fully tag. This film would not exist without you. 🙏

blending Iran and Mexico is so seamless. they way they both want to welcome you, feed you, and care for you. there is nothing but love and hard work even throughout a history of immense pain and challenges in these cultures and this film captures this to perfection. they should be singing and dancing, not suffering and dying at the hands of evil. these people should be cherished and celebrated. they should be free.

it was an honor experiencing this film from the inside. thank you to @rabbits_black for letting us throw a party to celebrate these cultures. thank you to @chefalejxa for cooking the most delicious blend of these cuisines. your family has a place with me always. thank you @annabelle.sadler for these beautiful fotos. thank you to @vallarta.supermarkets and @mezcalamaras for your generous support. abundance always pays it forward. and congratulations to everyone involved in this incredible film.

and to @themoodypersian — thank you for what you give us. it’s not just in the film. you live this and you are this.

A non-stop year: 86 nights in hotels, 18 commercial shoots (plus the ongoing work of producing movies, which happens well before and after they’re filmed), 1 toe surgery, 1 kitchen remodel, and, tragically, 0 vacations.

Most significantly, we lost Charlie. We miss our beautiful boy every day.

A recap of the LAX premiere event for @mahsa.the.film. It was an evening of great food and wonderful conversation around an inspiring and culturally relevant #documentary.
