One more time for the 25–26 Eagles! The first team of this new generation of Eagles! 🔥💚🦅

There is so much to be proud of with this group. You’ve set the tone, laid the foundation, and represented this program with heart, resilience, and pride. The future is incredibly bright for each and every one of you, both on and off the mat.

No matter where life takes you, always lead with strong faith, trust the process, and everything else will fall into place. Strong faith creates a strong finish.

Forever in your corner, I love you all 4L, and I couldn’t be prouder to be part of this journey with you. 🤍

…TO MY EAGLES 🦅💚

Just like that, the 2026 NCA College Nationals Championship is in the books🫶🏼 and I’m still trying to find the words. This moment feels so full-circle, something I’ve dreamed about for so long.

To my athletes: never stop chasing what’s on your heart. This team is so much more than a team. it’s a family. Thank you for trusting me, believing in me, and allowing me to be a part of your journeys. You’ve made one of my biggest dreams come true, and I promise to keep pouring into yours just the same.

To the coaches: wow. Truly. Standing beside you all and building something this special together is something I’ll never take for granted. It takes a village and this one is unmatched.

And to my Eagles, your growth this season has been everything. You stepped outside your comfort zones, fought through injuries, doubts, and challenges, and came out stronger every single time. Getting to watch some of you grow from high school into college athletes has been so special to me. I’m endlessly proud of not just the athletes you are, but the people you’re becoming.

I’m more than just your coach, and I hope you always feel that. No matter where life takes you, I’m always here🫶🏼cheering you on, supporting you, and loving you from near or far.

This is only the beginning. So proud. #ESODHTS 💚

NCA Nationals 26' 💚🤍🦅

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Respectfully if someone had told me not even a year ago that I would be competing at NCA Nationals let alone a cheer competition I would have called you insane. This season through thick and thin has been one of lessons, memories, and teamwork and has truly made me appreciate the good and the bad. I am so unbelievably proud of each and everyone of my teammates as I also say thank you to my parents, friends, and coaches who have supported me through this wild experience.

Okay here we go… the post i’ve been dreading to make.

18 years, 10 years of allstar cheer, 4 years of MHSAA cheer, and 4 years of collegiate college cheer. I joined cheer because it was an escape for me. When I was sad, depressed or mad, cheer was the one place I could go to escape from everything. When I lost my father in 2022, I never in a billion years believe it was possible for me to cheer again. I thought it was the end and I had no motivation to push and keep going but the Lord guided me thru the tough time and pushed me to still be here.

To my Mom and family, thank you for being my biggest supporters ever. I really am the luckiest girl in the world to have this huge village around me. I really wouldn’t be here without any of you.

To all my head coaches, assistant coaches and tumbling coaches, you pushed me to limits I didn’t even know I could reach. The long practices, the long hours, there were times where I didn’t know if it was all worth it but you guys all did everything for me. You all made me the best version of myself as a person and as an athlete and for that I am forever grateful for all of you guys.

To @easternmichigancheer ,
I came into this program as a 17 year old who just lost her father and y’all welcomed me into a family that I fell in love with. You guys are truly my forever friends. We may be the most weird unhinged group of people but that’s what makes us special. Over 4 years, I grew a bond with everyone that I will cherish. If you ever stunted with me, thank you for trusting me to be your flyer and for also helping me improve and grow as an athlete. #FMFY4TL #ESODHTS
