Growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone. 💪 One of the best parts of Holy Heat is watching people challenge themselves, push past limits, and realize they’re stronger than they thought. Fitness isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up. It’s about consistency. It’s about becoming the person God has called you to be. July’s Holy Heat Experience is already in the works. 🔥 Who’s joining us? 📸: @zaviayre_ #faithandfitness

✨ INSTRUCTOR APPRECIATION WEEK ✨ You know what time it is?!🗣️It's Thursday and we're celebrating Coach Travon🥊 Coach by day, stand-up comedian by night, Coach Travon brings a rare balance of grit, discipline, and humor into every class he leads. As an athlete, he understands what it means to keep fighting when things get uncomfortable, and that mindset carries into the way he coaches our members every day. When the workout gets tough, Coach Travon is right there with you. He has a way of holding people in the moment, pushing them to keep going while reminding them not to take life — or themselves — too seriously. He knows when to challenge you, when to encourage you, and when a perfectly timed joke is exactly what you need to get through the block. ✨ What makes Coach Travon stand out is his steady presence. No matter how stressful the day has been, his classes have a way of helping people release the pressure, reset mentally, and leave feeling stronger than when they walked in. He creates an environment where hard work, resilience, and joy can all exist together. He’s a coach who leads with authenticity and heart, and our community is better because of it. Catch Coach Tra every Friday and Saturday, and show him some love by booking into tomorrow morning’s classes at 5:15am, 6:15am, and 9:15am 💥
