Female Training 🏋🏻‍♀️

Females train with females here at 💜

Why do we do this?

In our experience, so many females are totally lost and frustrated when it comes to training in a gym environment.

A big barrier to break down is getting women to feel comfortable within the gym.

And letting them know the gym is somewhere they can feel safe.

For the women who join us, they are put at ease very quickly as they are training with other women who are in the same position as them, or those who once were.

For women only starting in a gym, it can be very intimidating training with fellas or even other girls who have years of gym experience.

If you haven’t been shown what to do or have experience within the gym, you’re most likely to feel a touch overwhelmed.

Environment is everything.

Our All Female Coaching experience could be for you 😊

Congratulations to my hubby @philkierandj on his new album The Humans Will Destroy Us. It’s under his Le Carousel moniker and isn’t as devastatingly pessimistic as the title suggests 😂 Though I do love a languid poison pessimistic pose on the dancefloor as much as the next ex- Goth /metaller /BROS fan.
Thanks to everyone who has collaborated with Phil and sometimes myself behind the scenes over the 12 years - yup 12 whole years it’s taken to birth this record. He couldn’t do it without you and with the music lovers who cheer us on ❤️

The Good One is out on Friday ahead of my new Le Carousel album on 13th March. Thanks to @thisisransomnote for giving it an early airing and for the playful intro. I feel like the lead in a psychedelic nursery rhyme. Given the times we’re in, that’s no bad thing! Stay with the Good Ones folks . 🔗 in bio. 🙏Some of the Good Ones who collaborated on this track are :

UNDERSCORE.
Showing this Wed, as part of the Belfast Film Festival.

Starring Ian McElhinney (Game of Thrones, Derry Girls) and Jessica Reynolds (Kneecap, House of Guinness, Outlander).

There are quite a few psychedelic moments in the film, which made writing the music a lot of fun. I drew inspiration from artists such as Arvo Pärt , and perhaps My Bloody Valentine. It’s very much a sit-back, relax, and enjoy-the-ride kind of experience.

Showings
Wed, Nov 5th, 6:00 PM @ Odeon Belfast

UNDERSCORE was Written & Directed by Hugh McGrory, Produced by Debra McCrory and Executive Produced by Jim Johnston and Eyal Rimmon. Director of Photography Ryan Kernaghan, Director of Animation Glenn Marshall Editor Steven Diamond, Musical Composer Phil Kieran, Sound Designer Cristián Vogel, Sound Mixer Tom Paul, Design zoocreative, Still Photography Tra Walls

I wanted to tell you a bit about UNDERSCORE.

Starring Ian McElhinney (Game of Thrones, Derry Girls) and Jessica Reynolds (Kneecap, House of Guinness, Outlander).
Cristián Vogel was on Sound design, this had me very excited at the time and was a real honour to be putting my work alongside someone like him. He was and still is a big inspiration, he’s made some of the best techno records ever made.

Described as an innovative blend of cinema, generative AI, virtual production, and motion capture — a first of its kind — UNDERSCORE is a groundbreaking feature film (85 min).
