“Thats what I was talking about…” 🤪 Think of the body like a tree, with the sacrum as its roots, the spine as the trunk, and the occiput—the base of the skull—where the branches begin to spread. When tension builds in the roots, the whole tree feels stressed, which can show up as neck pain or headaches. By methodically working through the feet and sacrum first—essentially adjusting the body’s gravitational patterns at its foundation—we create better alignment and balance. This foundational release makes cervical (neck) adjustments smoother, easier, and more effective, often reducing or eliminating the need for forceful or painful techniques. The body’s structure follows gravity, and by realigning from the bottom up, we help the whole system flow naturally. When the roots are free and balanced, the spine and neck can move with less resistance, improving function and relieving tension without discomfort. #osteopath #osteo #osteoarthritis #enegy #energyhealing #asmr #asmrcommunity #chiropractors #osteopathystudent #physio #physiotherapy #physiotherapist #physicaltherapy #myotherapy #myo #remedialmassage #dryneedling #cupping #cuppingtherapy #firecuppingtherapy #firecupping #fyp #spinalhealth #spinalmanipulationtherapy #spinalenergetics #chiropractic #chiro

That time we made a Tik Tok before Tik Tok even existed yet 😂 circa 2016 when they all turned up to the @abfactory.com.au for a workout but we made this video instead, which was an entry for a competition (and we won 🏆). Back then the platform was called Music.ly which later got merged with Tik Tok. I actually had to repost this on Tik Tok to get the little whitewash added. Fantastic waste of time if I do say so myself 😂 #iceicebaby

The next 6-Week Figure Posing Course starts on 23 July 2022! ✅ How to walk on stage ✅ Quarter turns ✅ Muscularity poses ✅ Transitions ✅ How to stand out and present your very best on stage! ✅ How the judging is scored and calculated - including the specific processes that are used to average out the scoring amongst all judges and eliminate biases. As a professional athlete, body-building coach and official judge, I can tell you with no uncertainty that winning is never about figuring out what the judges are “looking for”. The judges cannot control who turns up on the day, they can only look at who is on the stage and compare them to whoever is standing next to them. In order to stand out, you must be 100% clear on what makes you unique and work that to your advantage. It’s not just about dieting and building muscle, that’s the obvious part, it’s also about creating your own style and build a brand that stands out from the rest. 🔥 To achieve my universe title I worked tirelessly on my posing, my stage presence, I did endless hair and makeup trials to figure out which style suited me best, the type of tan that worked best with my skin, which bikini colours worked with my features, which shoe style suited my body shape and helped me walk with more grace, and it paid off. 🏆 To me, posing isn’t just about how you move - it’s a full style overhaul. Let me help you too! The more you practise, the easier it looks. Tracee started learning how to pose 3 years before her first competition! And she didn’t just learn from me - she learned from many experts and worked relentlessly on her repetition and rehearsing. That’s why she looks so graceful in this video. ❤️❤️ #practisemakesperfect 6 spots only! DM for details or click the link in my Insta bio 🎉🎉🎉
