All glory to God for giving me the strength to place 6th in the nation at my first collegiate nationals🙏

661 lbs/300 kg 2nd squat (11 lb PR)
672 lbs/305 kg 3rd squat called for slight downward motion (22 lb PR)
391 lbs/177.5 kg 3rd bench (easy 16 lb PR)
551 lbs/250 kg 3rd deadlift
1593 lbs/722.5 kg total at 219.6 lbs

So blessed to share this amazing experience with the best team and coaches I could ask for. I wanted more on the day but considering I strained my hamstring just two weeks out I’m very glad I was able to compete and put up the numbers I did. Going into deadlift my hamstring felt very uncomfortable and I ended up dropping my opener and still missing it on my first attempt. Despite this I was still able to end the meet on a high note finishing with a pull that almost put me on the podium. I’ll be back for more next year, this season has been truly amazing

Central Collegiate Cup recap:

Squat - 300kg (661lbs)
Bench - 202.5kg (446lbs)
Dead - 275kg (606lbs)
Total - 777.5kg (1714lbs)

Ending my first ever equipped meet going 9/9 is better than I could’ve imagined. Very excited to see how much we can build on this come nationals. Thank you to my coaches and teammates for the support throughout this meet and prep, love y’all.
