For my latest feature, I joined the action at the 2024 Northern California Roadster Run. Riding shotgun with @justpell65, we took on 150 miles of Northern California’s best backroads in his flathead-powered Model A roadster.

From Petaluma to Mt. Tamalpais, Point Reyes to the redwoods, the run is a refreshing reminder as to how much fun these old cars can be. Thanks @was_it_ever_red for putting together another perfect route.

After going on the @norcalroadsterrun last weekend—which was a blast!—and seeing all the photos everyone is posting, it reminded me of the epic reliability run @trbobber and I took a number of years ago. Drove 2500+ miles across 4 states in the RPU. Went up a hill in Georgetown, CO, through 108 degree heat in Nevada, and between tall trees in California. Climbed up and over high passes, meandered through narrow gorges, drove flat roads for miles, and took our time on winding roads along rivers. It was an amazing road trip! #gottadrivethem

It wouldn't be a reliability run if no one broke something . Well shit I did on the home stretch but glad my homies @trbobber @suziblacktop @tradrod1930 and Josh helped us get going to a safer spot to get picked up rigged up some stuff and baaam we got out of there
