My strength.

My resilience.

My purpose.

My heart.

The definition of perseverance and patience. These are the people I do it for. The people that make me want to be the best version of myself. The people I would give my life for, and you wouldn't need to ask me twice. We have been through so much together. And individually. And how proud I am of each of them knows no bounds. Life has been hard. But it brings tears to my eyes that after all the adversity we've had to face, we are all still here. Trying. Trying to be better than before. Trying to break the generational cycles of trauma. Trying. I have had my eyes open to only the negative life has been passing down. And looking at these photos reminded me that life has had so much good as well. So much that has been clouded to myself. But never again.

There was a time you couldn't tear us apart. And those days I cherish with everything in me.

To every single person, my family. I am eternally grateful for all of you. You remind me of the joy I lost a long time ago. I won't let it happen again.

To the kid in the last photo...

You are and have always been enough ❤️
