In the interest of investing myself I headed down to the Queer Collective Sauna and Aufguss Session in Camberwell. My list (what? I need lists to function) 1. I met some amazing queer humans 2. My first aufguss session and it was amazing. 3. I am officially hard as nails as I REPEATEDLY climbed into and STAYED put in the 5° plunge bath without whimpering. What can I say? 4. I drove home slept like a teenager during a heatwave in the summer holidays….on my couch. Didn’t make it to my bedroom. You need this in your life… @communitysaunabaths and @treacles_south will confirm when the next one is and how often they happen Thank you Sox! #selfcare #sauna #marathonrecovery #queerfitness #marathontips

🌈💕🩷 had the dreamiest experience at the @innervisions_alchemy x @treacles_south wellness festival for pride 🌈💕🩷 ✨ thank you for hosting me, I was moved by everyone and left making new connections, treating people inside an actual sauna was magical, I actually received many downloads about heat and solar power from the afternoon alone ✨ ✨ On Friday the 11th of July I am hosting a FREE gathering for those of us who practise, receive and share Reiki. Whether you are a reiki master or have completed reiki level 1, this is the space for you. ✨ ✨ I was needing and searching for a space for those of us who practise energy work on others as I realized healers need healing too, we also need to experience divine love and our bodies also go through a lot whilst supporting others ✨ ase ✨ Whether you've never had reiki or you haven't had it in a while, please come, I'm trying to build a space where energy work is seen as natural as breathing, and like church a ritualistic practice that supports us as we journey through life connected to each other always but always so far apart ✨ See you there. July 11th, Victoria park. 12pm Please note: I am a gender free, pansexual, disabled, darker skinned, trans being, anything I host or curate centers Darker skinned, disabled, Afro queer trans beings. This event is not limited to queer people, however this is an event for Black people. Please do respect this. 💖 #blackreikipractitioners #blackreikihealer #blackqueerreiki #reikilondon #blackreikilondon

THIS WEEK IN SE15 🌞🔥🌩️ It’s a hot one. Properly hot. Thirties, thick humidity, random thundery mornings, and everyone just switching between shade / iced drink / “I’m not going outside” energy. SE15 is fully in motion anyway. Swipe → full lowdown (times + tickets inside) ⭐ PICK OF THE WEEK 🍯 Gosnells yard party (closing… allegedly) sun out, tanks flowing, chaos guaranteed ✨PLUS 🏳️‍🌈 Pride weekend in Southwark = locked 🎧 clubs / warehouse sets / late-night pressure all over Peckham 🖼️ massive gallery takeovers + grad shows 🍿 cinema air-con arc is VERY real this week 🎤 Free University of Glastonbury (SE15 edition) Basically: you’re not doing everything. Nobody is. ⛈ Fri = heat + storms ⛈ Sat = more chaos 🌤 Sun = finally exhale Move smart. Drink water. Don’t overcommit. What’s your move? 👀 Save it 📌 Send it to the group chat Link in bio for full listings #peckham #se15 #peckhamlife #southwark #pridemonth
