You cannot pour from a mind that is constantly exhausted or a heart that is constantly ignored.

A lot of times, we only pay attention to our emotional and mental state when something goes wrong.

But most of what builds up on the inside is shaped by what we don’t deal with, the conversations we avoid, the pressure we normalize, the things we postpone, and everything we keep carrying without processing it properly.

Strength is not pretending nothing affects you.
Strength is having the honesty to acknowledge what is going on within you, and the discipline to stay grounded, healthy, and surrendered to God.

You don’t need to reach a breaking point before you pause.
Come to God as you are, tired, overwhelmed, unsure.

There is rest for you. 🤍

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

Happy International Women's Day.❤️😍

Really exhausted but I made this as my toast to every WOMAN.

3 things fueled me to do this;

1. Myself. I'VE BEEN A STRONG LADY.
2. My mum and big sis. THEY INSPIRE ME.
3. You. YOU DESERVE THE SPOTLIGHT.

Gaining clarity by the Spirit doesn’t only benefit you, it blesses the people around you. You begin to draw others into the light you’ve seen and find fulfillment as they start to see themselves from God’s viewpoint.

That clarity aligns you with Habakkuk 2:2:
“Write the vision and make it plain, that he may run who reads it.”

Because when the vision is clear, there is movement in the right direction!🔥

DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE? AND DO YOU LOVE TO HELP OTHERS GAIN CLARITY ON THEIR IDENTITY💫❤?
