Thank you all for 2022! It’s been a wild ride and I’m so thankful for this past year and every single one of you! From big project to little project! To starting a YouTube channel to making reels everyday. From all the friends I’ve made to the relationships with companies I’ve started.

2022 was filled with growth, friendships, giveaways, partnerships, rejection, frustration, fun, disappointment, learning monuments, etc.

To thank a few more people I didn’t in my video…

12.21.22 - Winter solstice marks the 'rebirth of the Sun' as it marks the shortest day of the year, when we have the least amount of daylight hours. It does also mark the beginning of the increase of daylight hours right up until the Summer Solstice when darkness ascends once again.

So, when there's little daylight in the run-up to the Winter Solstice, our serotonin levels can drop and leave us feeling down. Some people find it harder than others and may even get diagnosed with a psychological condition known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

The energy of winter is that of going within. It's the fruitful darkness and silence out of which our soul's yearnings and new inspirations can eventually emerge. As we consciously link our awareness to nature's cycles, our understanding of our own personal growth cycles begin to deepen.

Happy Solstice 🙏🏼🌀
