🫀Today is National Wear Red Day! I’m proud to join the movement to raise awareness about heart disease, the leading cause of death for women. During my time as an EMT, I managed countless cardiac emergencies, and many of my cardiac pages were women. Swipe to see a photo from my first CPR save, fresh out of training. I’m proud to have saved lives, but even one life lost to heart disease is too many.

Heart health isn’t just personal. It’s connected to environmental justice, a cause deeply important to @e3justice. Communities exposed to pollution and lacking access to clean air, water, and green spaces face higher risks of heart disease. Fighting for a healthier planet means fighting for healthier hearts.

The last slide is my why: my sweet grandmother, who bravely fights heart disease every day. Let’s protect our hearts, our loved ones, and our environment because every heartbeat matters. ❤️

🗣️✨ Honored to serve as the Guest Speaker for the S.M.A.R.T. County Youth Advisory Council’s fourth meeting of the semester! Tonight, I’ll be joining an incredible cohort of youth leaders to present on advocacy through public speaking.

Through my work as a strategist for @umojadebateleague, I support programs that use public speaking and debate to help young people become transformational servant leaders and changemakers in their communities.

From securing nearly $2 million in nonprofit grant funding to advancing @e3justice through education, advocacy, resources, and service, my journey began with a microphone and a mission. It feels like only yesterday when I was running for @hocosmob in high school!

I can’t wait to pour into the next generation of advocates. Thank you to @councilmembersaylesand and the YAC team for this meaningful opportunity!

Yesterday was @american_heart National Walking Day, and I celebrated with a much needed cardio day at @equinox 💪🏾

If you know me, you know I LOVE a hot girl walk. But, I’m approaching this day from a slightly different angle: 🌍📚🌱📈

I’ve walked to clean streets plagued with blight, littering, and illegal dumping. Walked to celebrate green space and promote outdoor exercise in marginalized neighborhoods. Walked to rally for environmental justice. Walked to stay #MissAmericaFit and heart healthy. Walked to protest racial injustice (and accidentally went viral doing it). Walked across a 5k finish line after the most debilitating lupus flare I’ve ever had.

Whether I’m walking for health, fitness, service, or @e3justice — I pride myself on walking the walk. Every. Single. Day.

my very. first. love. 💃🏾🪩🩰✨

Ecstatic to bring a talent performance to the Miss Maryland stage that I am oh, so sure of. This piece weaves together so many beautiful, stylistic elements of history and art and poetry and life that I absolutely adore.

Movement is like medicine to me, and this dance reads just like a story. I cannot wait to perform it for the first time this June!

Special thanks to Jolene at STARS Studio for letting me use your space to bring my dream talent to life!

Anyone who knows me knows that food justice is my very first love. 🥑🍓🫐🍍🫑🍊🥦🍉🫛🥝

I had the pleasure of serving food to our neighbors with @nourishing_bethesda on Friday, and I am so glad to be partnering with them to serve the people of Bethesda. After having a great conversation with their founder and ED John, I’m proud to say that we share the exact same philosophy on food insecurity.

1 in 3 Marylanders are food insecure, which is a foundational socioeconomic justice issue. Through @e3justice, we can change that.

Math nerd, pageant queen, and professional pie enthusiast. It’s called balance! #HappyPiDay 😉🥧

Guess who’s back after a long week at work? Over the last week alone, I’ve submitted for over $1.5 million in nonprofit grants! 💰✨ Swipe to see my winning Pi Day pie from high school. Young Taylor, a frequent pi reciting contest champion, would never guess that I’m now using those math skills while thriving as a woman in finance. ➕📊💸
