Summer in Chicago means neighbourhood festivals every weekend. But not every festival is as fabulous as the @oldtownartfair (the one in Old Town Triangle…there are two in Old Town over the same weekend.) Not only are there wonderful art vendors from around the country, but jazz bands playing, food and drink stands, and a garden walk which allows you to learn about the homes in this historic district and pop your head into some of them. Did we spend an hour chatting away in someone’s stunning back garden?! Yes, yes we did. I also bought one of @genevieve__lavalle ‘s bananas. The best Saturday afternoon imaginable!
