Goodbye 2019 Hello 2020!

Happy New Year’s friends! 2019 has been a challenging year with sidewalk closures, rainy weather and dark gloomy days but despite all that we are still here and serving our community with a smile! Because seeing you make us happy 😃. Our goal for 2020 is to grow, improve and never sacrifice quality. To do this we knew that we needed to invest a lot of into the education of all our staff. As of today we are proud to announce that we now have five (5) ServSafe certified members on duty! That’s more than 50% of our staff! It will ensure better food quality, handling and most importantly bringing us back to our roots, which is serving the best food that we can provide at all times of the day!
There’s been a lot of changes in the flow and inner workings of Silantra and we hope that you noticed! And if haven’t been back in awhile, we invite you to come visit us again, we promise one of us will be greeting you with a smile :) Lastly, we want to thank our customers for four years of love and support. Without you guys, we wouldn’t be here. Thank you for everything you have done for us. Happy 2020 to you all!
