🌻When I think of my eldest brother Tre, I think of perseverance, faith, and a man who continues to step out no matter the obstacle before him. Through every season, he has kept pushing and trusting God completely.

For God is not a man that He should lie, nor the son of man that He should repent. He is sovereign, faithful, true, and He ensures that we arrive exactly where He has called us to be.
As Smokie Norful cried out, “I need You now,” it reminds us that we all need God every single day. In moments of joy, uncertainty, exhaustion, or waiting, the Father remains near to us. He is not distant from our cries nor absent from our struggles. We can trust that when we call on Him, He is right there beside us, strengthening, comforting, guiding, and reminding us that we were never meant to walk this life alone.

My brother Tre has been speaking the name of Jesus for as long as I can remember, leading in worship, testifying boldly that J-E-S-U-S is His name. The Lily in the valley. The One who fed the five thousand with fish and bread. Oh, what’s His name? JESUS!

We all need the Father, for His Word says that apart from Him we are nothing. Yet through Christ we are strengthened, sustained, and crowned with purpose.

And as Tre shared:
“Never drop your head, that’s how you lose your crown.”

Keep your eyes lifted. Keep your faith firm. Keep your worship flowing. The King is with you. 👑🙏🏾

Greetings Sunflowers 🌻

As my niece and nephews present the LORD’s Prayer, may we be reminded of the Father’s will for us, that from the mouths of babes, He proclaims His good news and perfect praise.

“Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have perfected praise.” — Matthew 21:16

May we also remember the words of Christ:

“Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” — Matthew 18:3

There is something so beautiful in the faith, innocence, and trust of a child before God. May their voices soften our hearts and draw us nearer to the Father. 💛

Ephesians 4:29 💛
“Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. “🌻

Surrendered and Shining Sunflowers 🌻

Let Go, So God Can Move
When we hear the word surrender, something inside us often tenses up. Our flesh wants to fight, to grasp, to fix, to take control. But in the Kingdom of God, surrender isn’t weakness, it’s wisdom, it’s worship, and it’s warfare. Surrender is the posture that allows the LORD to reign fully in our lives.
🌻
🌻
As I reread Genesis 14, the Holy Spirit revealed something deeper: a story of divine intervention, rescue, and the kind of surrender that leads to victory. In this chapter, we see a great war, five kings against four. In the chaos, Lot, Abram’s nephew, is taken captive. At first glance, it looks like defeat. Lot is stuck, bound, and removed from the place he once called home. But God had already made provision.
🌻
Abram, chosen by God and called the possessor of heaven and earth, didn’t panic. He didn’t rely on power, numbers, or prestige. He moved in obedience, leading an army of 318 trained servants, not just any soldiers, but prepared ones, purposed by God for the battle. Abram’s victory was not in strategy alone, but in submission to the will of the Lord. He moved because God made a way.
🌻
This reminds us: We can’t rescue ourselves. Like Lot, we sometimes find ourselves caught in situations we never expected, trials, confusion, captivity. We think, “I can fix this. I’ll get out on my own.” But the truth is, only God can deliver. And He will if we surrender.
🌻
Jesus says in Matthew 16:24–25 (NKJV):
“If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.”
🌻
Surrender is not about losing, it’s about trusting that God’s plan is better than ours. It’s about denying our desire to control the outcome and embracing God’s authority over it all.
🌻
There is a battle happening in the spirit, just like Genesis 14, and the rescue mission has already been set in motion. It requires our 🛤️1.obedience
2.our humility
3.our faith

This is a dedication to my wonderful mother whom has been blessed with the abundance of half a century.

Mommy, you are, you are, you are, you are…🎶

You’re strong—so just hold on.
On this beautiful milestone, I celebrate not just the years you’ve lived, but the powerful life you’ve poured into others—especially into me. You have been more than a guide; you’ve been a vessel of the Lord’s love and wisdom, the wind beneath my wings when I was learning to fly. And even now, you still gently guide, correct, comfort, and cover me with a love deeper than words can ever hold.

You reflect the beauty and boldness of women like Deborah, the prophetess who led with strength (Judges 4:4–9), and the dignity of the Proverbs 31 woman:
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” (Proverbs 31:25)
You remind me that strength doesn’t always roar—it prays, it endures, it forgives, and it loves deeply.

Mommy, I love you. I trust you. And I know God has so much more in store for your life. You have gracefully resisted the pressures of this world and stood tall among many Black queens, loving others with a heart so generous it transforms every space you enter.

So stay strong and hold on.
You are you are you are you are…
A blessing. A warrior. A queen. A mother.

And above all, a daughter of the Most High.
With all my love,
Your child, forever in awe of you 🌻💛

✨Cast your cares to God as he cares for you

What scripture is this??
•
•
•
Our obedience leads us wherever we are destined to go, it propels our minds to think and consult God and not thoughts forced on us by the world. It is amusing how God works creating spaces to walk in his truth and with me knowing some of the truth, life is becoming a red carpet that I can walk confidently through.

Israel was our example city and, knowing that we would all need a guide to be there constantly he allowed Israel to experience the ways of the world but he never left them. He always corrected them which is very impactful and true.

Jeremiah 3..”they were shameless and greatly polluted”.

Do not succumb to the ways and evils of the world yet lift your eyes to the desolate heights where I am, your source, trust in me, I love you !!

God is powerful he knows us as inside and out, our minds are no mystery for him, he knows that we are confused and often backslide, he says in verse 22 “Return and I will heal your backsliding” we are never to far from where God wants us to be, the enemy wants us to believe we have gaps with God but we do not, he is constant and he welcome us with open steady arms.

Every minute we make a mistake or what we feel we botched he tells us our work is beautiful
