Loads of you wanted me to post this song, I know it’s a fan favorite. It’s always a pleasure to hear this one live 🎶

If you’re at a headline show and they play a set that’s longer than an hour you might hear this gem💎
The Beachland Ballroom is a song about looking back at where you started and being proud what you’ve overcome💪
It’s also about starting out in the smaller venues and making it to the big rooms and being grateful about that. It’s something most musicians dream of 🤩

This is from one of the hottest shows I’ve ever been to, Mannheim🥵 The band was also really struggling playing in that hot tent, especially in those lights. They still did a great show nevertheless.

Sorry for the erratic filming, I was screaming DAMAGE DAMAGE DAMAGE and I wasn’t paying attention to what the camera was pointing at😬
Most of you don’t watch longer than 15 sec or read the caption, so I think it was food enough to post😂

Anything can happen at an Idles show: this Time Irish band @enolagay_band arrived on stage to finish the concert with Rottweiler both on the guitar and crowdsurfing in the audience 🔥

That was in Budapest Park, fun show in an amusement park type venue. 👾🃏🛝

HEEL/HEAL in Belfast! 🇮🇪

The moment Jon started smashing that snare I knew it was HEEL/HEAL! 💥 What a song and what an immense pleasure to see this one live. Most if the AF gang members know it’s @mr.ole71 ‘s favorite song! 🤘
The band played it for him and the beautiful woman he got married to: @annieole , the night before the Belfast gig 🤵‍♂️👰

What rare song would you like to see live?

I heard HEEL/HEAL only once before, during one of the TANGK album release shows in Brixton.
The setlist was pretty much the same whole summer, which I didn’t really mind, but having this gem on the setlist was still a welcome change. 🤘
It was so great to hear this rare song again.

Belfast! What a nice crowd! Usually I can’t film that song as I get instantly crushed into the Barrier and need to have my hands free because of the highway of crowdsurfers…

There no crushing = a Little video for you! 🥳
Not too long as I want to enjoy the song live also 😁

Never fight has found its way very high in the setlist this Summer, the banger which sets the tone for a very intense beginning 💥🧨 it was fun!

Going on a high note 🔥 Belfast 2026, hometown of Bowen, was the Last headline show of the Tangk era, that started in Feb 2024!

Over 150 shows - I attended 31 all over Europe and had a blast 😁
I made some great Friends, who opened my mind to new perspectives of life, love and support and I am very grateful.❤️
And a whole bunch of lovely people from every part of the world!

When I say to people that I am going to another Idles gig, they don’t get it and they think I am a bit crazy.

Those Idles trip are a big breath of emotional fresh air, that I always come out feeling much better ✨ ( I don’t count the bruises 😂)
Thanks to the people of thèse gigs, discovering new cities and culture 🌆

I Hope the band gets a good and inspiring break from Touring… 2 new albums coming !!

See you in 2027 🔥

PS: if you are wondering why there is a wedding in this video, this beautiful couple fell in love at an Idles gig a while ago and got married the day before the Belfast one during a very moving ceremony and gathering. Congrats to the Olé’s! 💒

I hope this doesn’t sound weird but when I moved to London and started going to gigs here, I wasn’t doing photography yet but I remember @jamie_macmillan_photos standing in crazy mosh pits so firmly like a tree with a big camera at many gigs I watched, and his strength has always been so inspiring to me. I was thinking about that while shooting these
