Let me put you on…

If golf ever felt intimidating, it’s because nobody introduced it to you like this.

We’re not pulling up stressed.
We’re not trying to be perfect.

We’re strolling 9 holes, sipping mimosas, and learning as we go at Château Élan Winery & Resort golf club.

It’s giving… beginner friendly, but still luxury.

Comment TEE TIME and I’ll send you the link.

So many women quietly pull themselves out of dark places because they feel like they don’t have anyone to talk to.
And the truth is… we don’t talk about this enough amongst women.

The exhaustion.
The depression.
The pressure to keep functioning.
The silent battles we overcome alone.

This podcast is creating space for these conversations — the ones we never get to have but desperately need.

🎙️ The Exhausted Superwoman™ Podcast
Launching soon.
Follow the journey. 💛

If you’ve ever had to save yourself… you are not alone.

Tag a woman who gets it.

@breathewithkay and I hosted a beautiful breathwork and soundbath session all about owning your It Girl Energy. Being an It Girl means:
- taking up space
- Being accountable to yourself and your goals
- Doing what you say you’re going to do
- Being authentic
- Setting boundaries
- Moving in the frequency of love

Shoutout to the beautiful women that came and opened their hearts and also received me at my first event in ATL! Many more to come 😉

March was all about community!!

I was able to be a participant instead of being the planner, and I appreciate my people because they wanted me to not think about the craziness with work.

Tried new wines & dishes, met new people, and finally saw @tonybaker live! Mad that I didn't realize the selfie was blurry until later, but my girl @thewkndnomad stated, "You'll get a do over the next time we see him" #marchdump #findingjoy
