Two different router bits and two different ways to use the Trend Portable Benchtop Router Table. I started with the Amana Tool Double Roman Ogee bit, using the bearing to guide the workpiece without the fence. I then switched to the Multi-Rabbet bit, set the fence and made a straight rabbet cut.It was a simple way to show how the table can handle both bearing-guided edge profiles and fence-guided cuts while still offering many of the features you would expect from a full-size router table. I didn't think above-table bit changes would be a big deal... until I actually used one.

Pop the insert out, fit the cutter, tighten it with the offset spanner, wind it back down and crack on. It just makes the whole process quicker.
