Lil’ 2016 Dump: it was my first year working with Duff at Charm City Cakes and my third year living in Los Angeles. I haunted the Arts District, snuck onto tv sets, and practically lived at Angel City Brewery. I went to PHAROS in Joshua Tree, went to my first LA County Fair, baked a bunch at Desert Trip, delivered a bunch of cakes to a bunch of cool folks, and was basically laughing, riding, and cornholing my little heart out.

Heard we’re sharing 2016 memories. For me it was a year of multiple hair colors, wigs, comedy, producing, boomerangs, fedoras 🫣 vintage pop ups, designing, styling, music and tamale dog.
So much has changed. That girl had the world as her oyster. Now that I have a daughter, I hope she’ll one day have that boundless optimism to follow her dreams and pose in front of as many cool walls as she wants to

My 2025 was the best I’ve had in a while. When I look back on it, I’ll remember quality time with good friends and family. I got to see far-away forever friends more than usual, and I made core memories with my family.

We struggled. We rested. We flew. We climbed. We froze. We danced. We grieved. We celebrated. We leaned on each other. We grew stronger.

We’re really doing it, friends. More to come in 2026. 🫶👊

today, the film is complete and we’re just getting started 🧜🏼‍♀️

a little time capsule from the past year: tentacle shenanigans, walk with us as we built the set, bts chaos, epic fails, new friends, and our screamfest premiere.

🖤 Old Hollywood never rests in peace. 🖤
🎬✨ You’re Summoned to A Very Séance Halloween at The Hollywood Roosevelt 👻
When: this Thursday, Oct 30 (6:45–8PM)
What to expect: a screening for one night only of The Séance—where grief, glamour, and the unseen collide (originally shot in the Library Bar).
In the dim light, tarot whispers and sleight of hand drift like smoke—but the night belongs to The Séance, looping in true otherworldly style. Expect a touch of mysticism, complimentary popcorn, and a spirit board for the brave.
After the show, catch a movie by the pool at 8PM or a drink where The Séance was filmed—upstairs in the Library Bar.
Dress to bewitch.

WOW. where do i even begin?
thank you so much to everyone who came out for our premiere 🫶🏼
it was an honor to unleash our slimy little creature in such excellent company… and to celebrate the committed weirdos who made her possible 🖤

love love to @screamfestla for seeing us, believing in our madness, and giving our monster her first big screen under the chinese theatre lights 🍿

and thank you to @nazranaanj @styledbyambika & @maisonpriveepr_la for dressing me like a boss (but make it couture)

it’s only the BEGINNING 🦑 the MERMAIDS film team and crew pose together on the Screamfest red carpet in front of a black backdrop with festival logos. everyone is dressed in stylish, creative outfits - a mix of gowns, suits, and bold looks - smiling and celebrating the world premiere of the film. the atmosphere feels joyful and proud
