Fifteen years of lacrosse has been a mix of highs, lows, and everything in between, but I wouldn’t trade any of it. From the big wins, playoff runs, and moments that felt like everything was clicking, to the tough losses, injuries, and days that tested my love for the game, each part shaped who I am today. More than anything, I’m grateful for the lifelong friends I’ve met along the way, guys who became brothers through everything that comes with being part of a team. This sport has taught me discipline, accountability, how to handle adversity, and how to keep pushing when things don’t go your way. I also want to thank my family, friends, and coaches for the constant support, belief, and time they invested in me throughout this journey. I wouldn’t be the player or person I am without them. This game has been a huge part of my life, and I’m walking away with nothing but gratitude and memories that will stick with me forever.

Enjoy what you can when you can.
