"I'm glad my brother Terrence is here." came out june 11th and i'm so grateful to those of you who have shared and streamed and re-listened over the past few days 🥹 WHO DROPS AN EP THESE DAYS? - i spent the better part of 6 months spending most of my free time, writing, recording, producing or thinking about making this thing happen. so for it to be here and people actually listening to this as far as Europe and South America, blows my mind.

The album is named for my older brother Terrence who's been to hell and back. it's actually a miracle we're both here. It's also a nod to Del tha Funky Homosapien's "I wish my brother george was here." ... but more over it's to show love to my family unit as a whole. My mom, my two older sisters (amanda and katrina) and my brother, of who i'm the youngest. - my mom did everything she could for us as a (mostly) single mom. and thru all the ups and downs we've all overcome together and are tight knit as 4 adult children can be. i love you guys. more than words can express.

the artwork honors a real event that happened in chino, CA, when i was a happy 5 year old boy, riding on the handlebars with my big bro. my shoes were untied and got tangled in the spokes, which made the bike stop suddenly and i fell face first unto the pavement knocking out my front four teeth. my brother took off his shirt, put it in my mouth to try to stop the bleeding and ran me in his arms home. i had silver front teeth for a while after that - the message of this album art is paying homage to the innocence of childhood before life got crazy.

to the over 14 artists who came together to help me make the EP happen, you have my never ending gratitude.... and to the countless other who have encouraged me, taught me, inspired me,thank you for helping me accomplish this.

all i ever wanted to do was to make good art that i'm proud of. something i can hold in my hands and say "i made this". if my music can reach the ears of others and can mean something to somebody, that's beyond the scope of what i can ask for. i can truly die happy. thanks for helping make this little boys dreams come true.

What a year, eh?

Looking back on 2025 takes an immense amount of strength.

The year started incredibly hard. I bought my first home thinking I was stepping into a new chapter, what’s often called the American dream. But for me, it wasn’t that. What I thought was a new beginning slowly became something that was tearing my family apart. Halfway through the year, I realized that my life savings and that investment were costing us our happiness.

I had to pivot. We couldn’t continue down the path of being unhappy.

That’s when I understood that my dreams were waiting for me somewhere else. If it wasn’t for Tim pushing me to sell the house and follow my heart, I don’t know if we would’ve found the peace we have now.

When I look back at this video, most of the moments are from after we left Palm Springs, but there are pieces of that chapter I still cherish. Because if we hadn’t gone through everything we did there, I don’t think we’d be where we are today.

I think about everyone who showed up for us during that time. The people who answered the phone when I reached out in absolute panic, not knowing what to do. Everyone in this video, and so many beyond it, thank you for being part of our lives this past year.

Since moving to LA, I’ve watched my life soar and blossom in ways I didn’t expect. I don’t regret a single decision I made to get here.

This year was about uncovering parts of my soul I didn’t know existed. Now I’m stepping into the next year with a sense of peace and a passion I didn’t have before.

When I look at how this year ended compared to how it began, it feels like I’m living an entirely different life. Seeing that progression makes me grateful for the pain that carried me to the other side.

Thank you 2025 for all the lessons learned.
