Exciting week! The Boston 2026 World Expo has been happening and I was thrilled to design these postcards for a @postcrossing meetup there. Thanks @trevorbillls, I loved working with you again!
Love this community so much and grateful to play a little part in such a wonderful event. I know many of you were able to grab these cards at the Expo, but for those who would still like some, our 4x6” version is available in our Etsy shop for a limited time 🧡

How many postcrossers does it take to throw a wicked good pahrty? Apparently, 210.

Made it to the @boston2026worldexpo in celebration of the release of an official Postcrossing stamp by @uspostalservice ! A true gala, the Postcrossing community made some noise alongside the honorable presence of @postcrossing founder Paulo Magalhães and co-creator Ana Campos.

We joined postcrossers from all over the world to break the Postcrossing meetup record, originally set at 150 - smashing it with a final count of 2️⃣1️⃣0️⃣!

A special thanks to @antoniostudioa and @jacksonlgibbs for their lively representation of the Postcrossing community in the new stamp series, and for taking the time to stop by and join in on the historic achievement!

To the folks on the Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Committee for helping making this happen. To Jay and Trevor for the effort put into organizing not just the PC stamp release meetup, but the entire week of releases.

And to all the wonderfully kind postcrossers we had the privilege of meeting and connecting with from all over the country, and the world; we miss you already and look forward to hanging out in some part of the world again soon! ✨

// Tuesday, May 5th, 2026. National Postal Forum, Phoenix Convention Center, Phoenix, AZ.

After a weekend of getting our kicks in the Grand Canyon State, we made it to the official @uspostalservice First Day of Issue ceremony for the new Route 66 stamps at the @phoenixconvctr during the @nationalpostalforum , the mailing industry’s premier educational trade show.

We eagerly awaited one of the most anticipated stamp releases of the year, and it was a special privilege hearing from photographer David J. Schwartz, whose images - captured over decades of traveling Route 66 - became the spotlight of the stamp series that now get to guide mailpieces throughout the country on their respective journeys.

Special thanks to the NPF for access to the event and to all the informative exhibits. A special shoutout to Trevor and Jay for hosting the Postcrossing meetup, and to Jay and Graham for sharing their insights into Postcrossing and the community that keeps it moving forward through the NPF Vignettes series. And of course, a huge thank you to everyone who made the trip and helped make the event such a memorable one.

Stay tuned for more Route 66 adventures and meetup stops this year! 🗺️📬

So excited to share this postcard design created for the @westpexstampshow 2026 @postcrossing Meetup!

This was such a joy to work on — we wanted a design that could double as a maxicard and beautifully echo the stamp release elements: the beach umbrella, red bike, seagull perched by the sea, sand bucket and shovel, and of course the sandcastle. Bringing all those little details together felt so special. Even more exciting — this new @uspostalservice Beach Stamps inauguration ceremony is being held at WESTPEX this year, which makes this design feel even more meaningful for the occasion!

A huge thank you to @trevorbillls for trusting me with this project and for organizing such a wonderful meetup. I can’t wait for everyone to see these in person and start swapping some happy mail magic!
