The Book of Mormon 🌍

Still thinking about @bookofmormon, a hysterical, high-energy masterpiece! The vocals are flawless, the choreography, especially those tap numbers, is next-level, and the entire production is a comedic goldmine. It’s bold, brilliant, and easily one of the best shows to see as a first Broadway experience.

Sigo pensando en @bookofmormon, ¡una obra maestra hilarante y llena de energía! Las voces son impecables, la coreografía, especialmente esos números de claqué, es de otro nivel, y toda la producción es una mina de oro en comedia. Es audaz, brillante y, sin duda, uno de los mejores espectáculos para ver como primera experiencia en Broadway.

I don’t think anyone understands how excited I was to see Book of Mormon.
•
This wonderful musical told the story of two mormons and their mission in Uganda. I was laughing the entire time this musical is one of my favourite musicals ever written and produced. I was so excited to finally see that it was coming to Canada let alone in my city.
•
I was waiting for two months to go see the musical and when I finally did, it did not disappoint at all, but this was the best experience that I’ve ever had in my entire life.
•
If you enjoy South Park or any type of funny adult humor, I would recommend this musical warning. It does contain frogs and AIDS not specifically in that order.
•

Book of Mormon season 2 has come to a close and so many people I love are saying goodbye and I will forever cherish them and the memories we made both on and offstage. This season was truly a roller coaster mentally and emotionally but I would not trade this experience. Thank you to everyone for being an impact on my life and I hope that I impacted yours as well! Happy trails to those that are leaving, and happy beginnings to the ones yet to come! 🫶🏽 (📸: @dewightbraxtonjr )

Trever Dorner from the BFA Musical Theatre class of 2015, will be back at The Lima Civic Center on May 14th, with The Book of Mormon National Tour! The last time Trevor performed at The Lima Civic Center was almost a decade ago when he was a Singer/Dancer in The ONU Holiday Spectacular!

500 shows!!! With us reaching this incredible milestone this past weekend, and with only a month left before we finish off year 2, I think it’s time I announce that I sadly, will not be returning for a third year with The Book of Mormon. For the past two years, I’ve been on the road touring this incredible show and I’m so grateful for all the amazing experiences I’ve had, the lessons I’ve learned, and the friends I’ve made. This show and the role of Elder Cunningham are so very near and dear to my heart and it has been an absolute dream come true to do it across the US and Canada. Over this time I’ve experienced some of the highest highs and the lowest lows of my entire life and I wouldn’t trade a second of it for anything in the world. Pretty soon it’ll be time to return home to NYC, turn 25, get back to the audition grind, and spend as much time as I can with my love, Henry @heygermansky and my family, who are my ultimate supporters, as well as all of my friends. And frankly, I couldn’t be more excited for this as a way to begin this next chapter in my life. Words cannot describe how absolutely lucky I have been these past two years and I will cherish this time and the memories of it for the rest of my life. Tomorrow is a Latter Day!
