In 2014, I was working as an Athletic trainer for the Canadian Athletic Club's Midget AAA team. One of the players i had the privilege of working with was Trey Fix-Wolansky. Trey has gone on to score the first ever goal at Rogers Place, get drafted to the NHL by the Blue Jackets, and even score a few goals in the big leagues! To see a kid i worked with make it to the show is really cool! He has shown he can score in the AHL. He just signed in Vancouver, so I'm hoping he gets a fair shot to stick with the Canucks this year. #edmontonoilkings #canadianathleticclub #vancouvercanucks #colombusbluejackets #gameusedstick

My golf game doesn’t have good days and bad days. It has multiple personality disorder. One round I’m out there striping it like I’ve got a tour card in my back pocket, whoever I’m playing with is convinced they just got paired with the second coming . Next round, brand new group, zero idea what they signed up for, and somehow I can’t hit a fairway with a map and a GPS and three putt every green. For a while I thought I was cursed. Like there was some invisible golf horoscope deciding who I got paired with and whether I’d play like a pro or a menace. But it’s not luck, it’s not the golf spirits or from a mulligan I took in 2019. Some people just bring great energy, easy conversation, good banter between shots, and suddenly I’m playing like I know what I’m doing. Other people show up with the energy of a DMV line and my swing falls apart right along with the mood. So really my golf game isn’t inconsistent. My personality is just extremely vibe-dependent, and my swing is apparently along for the ride. Diagnosis confirmed. It’s beyond noticeable and recurring. I’m the problem. Working on it. ⛳️ @playblackhawkmo ⛳️ @playblackhawk

The energy in the room and the work being put in is unmatched. #truemovement #truemovementathlete #restoreposture #icreasemobility #enhanceperformance

Tim Stützle's hat trick and 6-point game top the highlights from Day 176! Raleigh also put up big numbers, led by 3 points from Martin Pospisil, and Delaware scored 7 goals for the 2nd straight game! And don't overlook a tidy win by Jacksonville, who snapped their 10-game winless streak in Mississippi! 🔓
