The past 5 months have been good! Graduated in December and hit my fitness goal of losing over 50 pounds and getting to 20ish% body fat (I think). It’s been a 3 year journey since I’ve gotten back in the gym but the progress has been exponential in the past 3 to 4 months. 2025 has been very cool with lots of surprises and I’m glad I’ve gotten to spend most of it with my favorite people! Time to grow for the rest of 2025!
