This month has been a short and fast, yet very deep enriching month. I’ve always put so much pressure on myself to make sure I am always doing “enough.” Am I good enough? Am I doing enough for my patients? Can I do more for them? How can I grow more? The list goes on…

It wasn’t until my own spiritual coach told me that I AM enough. My whole life has been hustle, grind, work hard every single day, make this person happy, read more, be more, hustle on top of that more. It’s like when she said it, everything around me went quiet.

It’s taken me a long time and getting uncomfortable to realize that I am enough. I still try and sit with it but self growth isn’t meant to be comfortable. If you’re out there wondering if YOU are enough too, and placing that pressure on yourself as well, then just know that YOU are enough too.
