If you don’t know me, I’m Paul 👋😂
This is what happens when you push yourself to get better at trials... you end up ripping your MCL & ACL clean off the bone! 🤦‍♂️😂💥

Really happy to be part of and win the Girls Expert Class (A class) Championship on Saturday and then get the chance to move upon Sunday and ride the Women’s expert route.

Massive thanks to @loonal78 and Grace for all they’ve done for us, and for letting me move up and progress at my own pace every time I’ve asked. Wanted to move up at the start of this year but had to stay focused and fresh for the @biketrial_international World champs

As a @rockoilnews rider it’s been amazing to see everyone able to use the products due to their belief in the series.

Well done to everyone that’s ridden this year. Now it’s time to head towards some winter training ready to do it all again in 2027.

Special thanks to Adrian @belletrailers for also supporting my biketrial travels once again. 🫶🏻

The @trs.motorcycles @trsbikesuk has been amazing all year

After a long summer break while away riding the @cleantrials in Europe. It’s good to get back to some training on the @trsbikesuk @trs.motorcycles at @earlshiltontc

Weeks of bike trial doesn’t seem to have harmed the feel on the TRRS. 💪🏻

Grazie Italia 🇮🇹

2026 WORLD CHAMPION - Femmina

It’s been a tough but successful month trying to manage an injury and compete at the level I set myself.

Italy was one last shot at bringing home the 🥇 Rode my own race, and the team kept me where I needed to be with no risks.

Massive thanks to everyone who plays a part in helping me get out and compete both nationally and on the world stage. Especially to @robinmorewood for being the best team boss and @gillianmorewood for everything they do to keep us all riding. Their knowledge and trials experience is phenomenal.
All of the team helped at every round 🇬🇧, but @adammorewood has always set the standard and encouraged me, and @scottwilson54 has so much experience that really makes the difference. The team has been one big trials family 🫶🏻

Congrats to @mireia.cerveroo on 🥈 and the Euro champion @apolline.godon on 🥉and everyone else who rode this year. See all next year for more fun.

🥉 x 2 🇨🇭& 🇪🇸 (plus 2 nations 🥉)
🥈 x 1 🇫🇷
🥇 x 2 🇮🇹 + the overall

A day in the life of Lion House Tearoom.

Got to work at 7am to begin baking all the homemade scones and some homemade cakes.

Salad prep.

@yor.pot came to set up for her sold out session of painting pots in our downstairs room, whilst our ground floor also kept us busy.

Prepare and deliver a buffet for a special occasion.
Have a lovely dinner time rush followed by afternoon teas (booking not essential! ☺️)

Prepare hot meals for @trialsday

Upstairs at @thehouseofglowstudio has began to put up some signs. 100% recommend you try it!

It’s been a busy one! In fact our busiest Friday to date! We sold out of scones, Victoria sponge, banana cake, chocolate double decker cake and all our soups! Thank you all for coming. I’ve enjoyed every minute working with the dream team serving all our lovely customers today.
Back to baking in the morning 🥰🦁🏠
