Hey everyone! ❤️

Sorry for the lack of content lately! We had to take a step back for a bit to focus on work and rebuild after some recent losses. It’s been a journey, but thanks to all the love, support, and help from this amazing community, we’re finally finding our footing again!

We’re excited to get back out there, become more involved in sumo, and continue building something special with our community.

Thank you to everyone who stood by us, supported us, and reminded us why we do what we do. We appreciate every single one of you more than you know!

We’re coming back, and we’re excited for what’s ahead. Much love to all you beautiful humans!

As kids we played Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter. Different levels with different backgrounds. That’s basically what @sundayservicegrappling is. A group of competitors and hobbyists that come together in a new location every Sunday to work on their craft. The best part is it’s at no cost. See you next sunday. #train

🥋 14 YEARS IN THE SPORT! 🥋

14 years on the mats, and this journey has helped shape me into the person I am today. From the first day I stepped onto the mat to where I am now, I’ve learned that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is about so much more than just competition—it’s about discipline, growth, perseverance, friendships, and constantly pushing yourself to become better.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has been a part of my journey and helped me get to where I am today. Every coach, training partner, teammate, gym, friend, and family member has played a part in helping me grow. 🙏

A huge thank you to my amazing sponsors:

🥋 @flow_n_roll — Thank you for the incredible gear and continued support! Use code HECTOR20 at checkout for 20% off.

🌊 @grapplersescape — Thank you for the amazing support and for helping me continue to grow my game both on and off the mats, even across the seven seas!

🔥 @sundayservicegrappling — Thank you for the amazing workshop, incredible training, and all the amazing training partners who continue to push me to be better.

And a massive thank you to all the gyms, coaches, and training partners who have had an impact on my Jiu-Jitsu journey. I wouldn’t be the athlete or person I am today without all of you.

14 years down. Hopefully, many more years to come. 🥋🔥

The journey continues. The work never stops. #brazilianjiujítsu #jiujitsu
