‘Tis the season to DJ for a good reason! 🪩 🎤 🏀 If you know #Duke and #UNC, you know that #Basketball is everybody’s love language. Clinical care teams from Duke and UNC will be competing against each other in basketball (and if I have any say in it as the official DJ and Emcee, group dance-offs as well...) to raise money for pediatric and adult patients. September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month.

As many of you know, I’m not just the frontman of SouLe & The SuperBand—I’m also a Sickle Cell Warrior. Every day, I understand the fight, the challenges, and the strength it takes to keep pushing through. And that’s why our tagline is more than just words: I literally "Live to Groove".

On Saturday, September 28th, we’ll be back at the Full Court Press for Sickle Cell at the Orange Sports Complex.

We’ve been proud sponsors since the beginning, and this year we’ll be performing again, keeping the energy alive while standing as advocates for everyone touched by Sickle Cell. This event is close to my heart because UNC gives Life Saving care! 💙
